Somatic Breathwork is a type of breath-focused practice that integrates both physical and emotional awareness, helping individuals reconnect with their body and access deeper levels of healing or self-awareness.

I focus more on the breath as a way to get out of our own way. Allow the breath to help release old patterns and create new neural pathways. The breath is used to create space; space for more creativity and more access to that creativity.
